Can you imagine acknowledging the true colour of your eyes for the first time after over 40 years? A colleague shared a conversation she had had with another colleague admitting that to her. Isn’t this fascinating and ultimately mind-blowing? I believe that we are all blind to something that we regularly assumingly see but do not actually mindfully perceive. How much beauty are we missing out on? How much misinterpration do we create?

Have you truly looked at yourself in the mirror today? Take a few minutes, that is more than enough. Imagine you are looking at your loved one, curious about every minute detail. Perceive every little freckle with love, leaving out any judgement or criticism.

Aren’t you worthy of love and worthy of being truly seen just the way you are?
